Upper:

Ankle protection: in high-density foam, it protects from lateral shocks and helps support the ankle.

Stiffener: an anatomically designed shape, which protects and supports the heel.

Ventilation: MTS safety shoes are made of full leather allowing the foot to breathe.

Water resistance: the S2 and S3 shoes are designed using leather which is water-resistant for at least 60 minutes.

Air System® lining:

This provides great comfort, absorbing perspiration and regulating temperature.

The insole:

With an anatomically designed shape, the insole is antistatic, antibacterial, highly absorbent and offers a good abrasion resistance.

First sole:

TEXON®, a neutral cellulose material, antistatic and extremely absorbent.

Toe cap:

Extra large toe cap, shock and crush resistant up to 200 joules and can be made out of steel, or composite Light System®. Its large inner volume offers great comfort for all users (norm EN 12568). The strip in TPU directly injected onto the toe cap, makes the toe cap completely invisible from the outside and undetectable by the foot.

The comfort sole:

Made of polyurethane with a density of 0,45, the sole is extremely comfortable and light, with a very large absorption capacity and thermal insulation.

The outer sole:

Denser than the above (1,00), it has a second layer of polyurethane. Very supple, antistatic, this double density PU sole offers a large abrasion resistance and is equipped with anti slip studs.

The mid-sole (optional):

Available in steel or composite Flex System® (good flexibility, anti-magnetic, non conductor of cold or heat).

Fore foot lining:

Woven material with latex foam to protect the foot at the toe cap level.
